Our Ministry Calling
Acts 16:9 Project

Acts 16:9 Project” come over to Kenya (Macedonia) and help us" (Acts 16:9) Locate laborers (teachers, preachers, musicians, ministry of helps, etc.) money, books, supplies, etc. and bring/send them to Africa to help build and bless the African church.

  • Construction of the Clarence Matheny Leadership Training Institute
The first building, 350 beds, 3-story dormitory, has been completed. The foundation for an auditorium, dining, laundry building has been laid and plans are presently being drawn for its construction, which will eventually accommodate 1,000 pastors. Ronnie's mother, Jewell Matheny, has done a remarkable job with the construction and funding but needs additional help with the next phases.
  • Conferences, seminars, retreats at the Institute
We will have an ongoing conference schedule. We will host 300 pastors and leaders and teach them hermeneutics, homiletics, sermon preparation and equip them with Bibles, concordances, reference material and books for them to keep. Locating people to come over and conduct the conferences will be part of our ministry...
  • Networking
Part of our vision is to build unity and strength in the African church by networking pastors, missionaries and ministries. We will be traveling throughout Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya, meeting leaders and developing and growing Celtic’s database for uniting our prayer, vision and ministry to affect the nations.
  • Encourage and Bless
We love missionaries and we love to encourage and bless them. We will look for ways and opportunities to help strengthen those who are "away from home".
  • Build Missions in the American Church
*Speak and challenge the body of Christ on world missions; give support with ideas, purpose, strategies to implement conferences.
    * Provide pastors and churches with short-term mission trip help, organization, etc.
